India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 require us to tell you, in plain language, before or at the point we collect your personal data: what we collect, why, and how to withdraw consent. This page is that notice. We only ask for what a form on this site needs (your name, phone, email and company, plus job-specific details on the service-request form) and only use it to respond to that specific enquiry — never for an unrelated purpose without asking you separately. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: write to the email address at the bottom of this page and we will stop processing and remove your data. We do not bundle unrelated consents behind a single checkbox anywhere on this site.

What this website collects

• Service-request form: your name, company, phone, email, city/state, site location, equipment details (type, brand, model, capacity, fuel), the services you tick, your problem description, and how urgent it is.
• Callback quick-form: name, phone and city only.
• Nothing else. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no social trackers, no profiling.

Why we collect it

One reason only — to respond to your enquiry and contact you about the service you asked for. We do not sell your details, share them with marketers, or use them for newsletters you didn’t ask for.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in this website’s own service-request database, readable only by NEEL ENTERPRISES staff who sign in to a login-protected inbox.

Unsent drafts stay in your browser

While filling the form, a working copy is kept in your own browser’s local storage so an accidental refresh doesn’t lose your typing. It never leaves your device and is cleared once the form is submitted — or when you press “Start fresh”.

Status tracker share links

The “Track this request” link shows only your reference number, its status and the date it was received — to anyone who has the link. Don’t share the link if you’d rather keep the status private.
